Terms of Service

1. General

By bringing your vehicle to Twins Automotive Shop, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services performed at our shop located in New Braunfels, Texas. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Services

Twins Automotive Shop provides automotive repair and maintenance services. All work performed will be discussed and agreed upon by the customer before any repairs begin. We will do our best to provide accurate estimates, but final costs may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle or any additional issues discovered during the repair process.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are not a guaranteed final price. If additional repairs or parts are needed beyond the original estimate, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with any extra work.

4. Authorization

By authorizing repairs, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have permission from the owner to authorize repairs. Twins Automotive Shop is not responsible for any disputes regarding vehicle ownership.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of services before the vehicle is released. We accept cash and major payment methods.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Parts and labor warranties will be communicated to the customer at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or repairs performed by another shop after leaving Twins Automotive Shop.

7. Liability

Twins Automotive Shop is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during service. We take reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle while it is in our care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during the repair process.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising from services provided by Twins Automotive Shop will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. We always encourage customers to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing other action.
